Agent workflow

  1. Read fresh data. Fetch catalog.json. Do not rely on memory or the paginated homepage.
  2. Search for fit. Compare the user’s outcome, available capabilities, required evidence, acceptable authority, and stopping condition with each loop’s full fields.
